Abstract

El Congreso de la Unión aprobó recientemente una nueva Ley Agraria que reglamenta el también modificado Artículo 27 constitucional. La discusión pre­via a la aprobación de dichos cambios legislativos se centró fundamentalmente en asuntos relacionados con el impacto de éstos en el campo mexicano.
