Abstract
Una serie de capítulos de la historia reciente de México están marcados por tragedias de diversa índole. Desde desastres naturales como los terremotos ocurridos en la Ciudad de México hasta el evento trágico de la explosión en la mina Pasta de Conchos, en Coahuila, o el incendio de la guardería abc en Hermosillo, Sonora. Algunas de ellas, como las tragedias naturales, es casi imposible predecirlas, pero otras se pueden prevenir y tener una respuesta adecuada del Estado.Those authors who have publications with this magazine accept the following terms:
